Overview

The Dragao Arm Lock Gi certainly has solid construction. Having this Gi for over a year now with little to no signs of wear I can vouch for its durability. Probably not your best summer time Gi choice because it's a bit heavy and the material can get hot at times.

The Fit

The fit is a bit of a miss for me. I got an A2 and it just fits me strange in the chest. It keeps popping open up top and wont stay closed. It could be because I have wide shoulders, but that is the only thing that really bothers me about this Gi. Other than that, the pants and sleeves fit me perfectly. I'm around 5'7" ish and 165 lbs. UPDATE: The pants have continued to shrink for some reason and now are almost to short. They come down to about the middle of my shin. Not sure why they did this because I still continue to wash on cold and hang dry.

5'1'' - 5'5''ft 110 - 143lb A1
5'3'' - 5'7''ft 132 - 165lb A2
5'6'' - 5'9''ft 154 - 187lb A2G
5'7'' - 6'1''ft 176 - 209lb A3

Durability

Like a rock, that's all I can think of. For real though this Gi is a tough one, and it should be for the price. I've had the Dragao Arm Lock Gi in somewhat of a heavy rotation for over a year now and it shows little to no signs of wear. The only thing is the color seems to keep fading, but that's to be expected to some degree. An excellent winter/fall training Gi in my opinion.

The Cool Factor

I'd have to say that the cool factor is in the patches and logo with this Gi. It has some nice shoulder patches with one running down the lapel. It also has some on the sleeves, but honestly I could have done without those. Make sure to check out the video review for a better look.
